I am breaking down my "I don't want to do MACs" barrier and need some opinions. I usually do shows on Fridays and Saturdays with a few Tuesdays thrown in. I have had a hard time getting in touch with people on Saturdays and Sunday is family day, so I do most of my calling during the week...

It's actually against the law to make ANY kind of sales calls on Sundays...any sunday. The law is that it is ok on Mon-Sat from 8am-9pm and THAT'S it. You could get sued if someone was aware of this law. I used to work for call centers so that's why I'm telling ya.

Getting back on the customer care wagon here.... It went really well! I just focused on the customer care aspect, didn't push stuff unless I heard "red flags." Got myself a recruit lead and two booking leads. :) I just may keep this up. :rolleyes:
