Posting Guidelines:
When posting a new topic, please select the forum that best relates to the subject matter of your topic. If you are unsure, contact a staff member. Cross posting is not allowed and is considered spam. When posting a new topic do not use the CAPS lock. It is hard to read and is considered yelling. When replying in an existing topic it is fine to use CAPS or bold to highlight main points. Please keep signatures to 4 total lines or shorter.

Any off-topic posts will be deleted or moved to an appropriate forum as per staff discretion.

Attachments & Links:
Images, material or links to images and or material, whether real, satirical or implied, depicting obscene, indecent, or pornographic acts are not permitted. This includes Gifs and cartoons.

Language Guidelines:
Foul language (profanity) used in Chef Success will be loosely tolerated and at the staffs discretion. However, derogatory statements, direct or indirect personal attacks, are strictly NOT tolerated. It is better to walk away from a possible confrontation and come back with constructive arguments.

All members have the right to their own ideas, beliefs and faiths. Members have the right to constructively express these on Chef Success with equal respect and consideration.

PM Guidelines:
If exclusively personal contact is needed, use the Private Message system. Do not post a topic where only one member is expected to answer. Posting and Language guidelines extend to the PM system. Chef Success maintains the privacy of its’ users and will not access Private Messages unless ordered to do so by a Court of Law.

Copyright Guidelines:
Copyright infringement is illegal. Chef Success will enforce the law. Never post an article in its entirety. When posting copyrighted material, please use small quoted sections or link to the article. When posting sections of copyrighted material you MUST give credit to the author in your post. You are responsible for including links/credit, regardless of how you originally came across the material.

Advertising:
Advertising for exclusive personal gain of any kind is not permitted in any forum or by private message. Posting website links will be permitted occasionally, but will be dealt with on a case by case basis. This does not apply to member signatures. For promotion guidelines click here

Contact Guidelines:
When contacting a staff member please make use of our Private Message system or email us. Do not post a topic in a forum regarding your situation.

Privacy:
Please do not reveal any personal contact information about yourself. Such as your address, phone number and even email. This is a public place and anyone is able to view your messages. All information you reveal is at your own risk!

We use third party advertisements from Google. Some of these ads use tracking cookies.

General:
All messages express the views of the author, not necessarily the views of the forum owners. The owners and staff of Chef Success reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately. This policy goes for member profile information as well.

Members accounts and member posts will not be deleted/removed on demand. Think of them as permanent.

Payments:
Gold and silver membership refunds will be given at the discretion of the site owners.

Disciplinary Action:
If any of the above is violated a warning will be issued to the offending member. If it happens again, the user will receive a 10 day ban. If the behavior continues after the 10 day ban the user will be permanently removed from Chef Success. Circumstances such as spammers will skip the infraction system and be banned immediately. Multiple accounts are not permitted so do not reregister.

TO REPORT VIOLATIONS: If you witness a posting that violates these terms, please click the red exclamation mark button at the top right side of the post and it will be reviewed by staff. Chef Success cannot guarantee that any action will be taken as a result of your request. Please refer to this Disclaimer page from time to time for any updates we may make to it.

Use of this Forum is not a right. It is a privilege granted you by Chef Success under the terms of this agreement and can be revoked at any time without warning.
