I have a customer that wants to know if the Executive Glass Lid fits the Generation II Skillet? I assume it will, but want to find out from the rest of you.
I have enough points to get one of these right now. I originally thought I would get the 12" but now I'm starting to rethink. I have the 10" skillet already so I thought I might not use the 12" at home much, but then I thought it would be great to have for shows. I'm not really sure I would...

Anyone ever make a cookie in the 12' skillet? Saw someone do a chocolate chip cookie and then put stuff on top. I made it and it turned out okay. Any advice?
I have the 12" family skillet and the silcone handle part spins around. It makes it really difficult when trying to manuver it because it's not always practical to hold it by both the long handle and the little short handle. Like when flipping a skillet cake for instance.
Has this happened...
I think that's what it's called? Too lazy to go get it downstairs to confirm. It's in the new 29 MTD book. Has anyone tried it yet? I think that will be my next test recipe?
So far I've made the skillet lasagna and the BLT mac and both were just ok? Any others you recommend? TIA

Is this suppose to happen? There are scratches on the bottom that I have just now noticed. I have had it since January. Is this suppose to happen? I assume not. What would cause this? I am trying to gather more info before I call HO. I hate to have to pay to send it back! I have already had to...

It reminded me of why I love:love: my Executive Cookware!:grumpy:
I did the skillet pizza for DS and I (DH is out of town until Sunday) but added spinach and mushrooms to it. It baked okay - didn't have a need to broil though - the cheese got nice and toasty just with baking. And it...
I've been making this for years - it is the best chicken ever - just got the idea this morning that this would be WONDERFUL for the family skillet. Not for a demo - takes too long - but you could sure try it out on your family and make copies of the recipe for customers:
40 Cloves and a...

It's pretty much the only dessert I am offering until Pan-A-Rama is over!!!
Has anyone made the chocolate chunk skillet cookes in the family size (12") skillet? Did you need to adjust the recipe at all? How did they turn out? The recipe calls for the 10" skillet, but all I have is the family size.
I went to the store last night to get the ingredients to try this recipe. I found everything but the toasted sesame oil. Has anyone ever used this before? I never have. I looked with the vegetable oil and other cooking oils and couldn't find it.
I am wanting to demo the 12" Skillet in August to get some interest in the Sept. Special.
