I have a host that wants to have a chocolate party and I'm having trouble finding an easy recipe to make. Most of the things I've looked at have a long baking time of almost an hour. Are there any easy chocolate recipes to make for a party? I'd welcome any suggestions.
Last night I made the Molten Chocolate Skillet Brownie in the 10 inch professional skillet. It really didn't turn out well- I pulled it out after the recommended cooking time, it wasn't done, then I pulled it out later after I thought it was done (hard to tell since it's...
I have a "Death by chocolate show" tomorrow and I am preparing the crispy crepe shells today. This is the 3rd time that I am trying to make these shells and I am not able to unfold the crepes entirely. I have also tried to cut out a circle of the already quartered...
Has anyone done a Chocolate! Chocolate! Chocolate! show? I have done 2 so far and have not been happy with it. The recipe for the mousse is great, but the problem is with the crepes - I can't find them! Has anyone had this problem? The only thing I have been able to find is phyllo dough...
I just made the cutest thing and it was soooo easy! I had never used these molds before, but decided to try this recipe that was given at my last cluster mtg. This is my newest friend!
Freeze your stoneware mold for at least 1 hour. Melt 2 squares of almond bark in microcooker. Pour into...
I have a show booked for September 2 and the host wants to do a chocolate theme. I was not that impressed with the recipes that were included with the Celebrate folder. I need something that pretty much just uses the tools in the SS kit. It will only be my 3rd show.
I was recently looking at the chocolate showstopper bowls and I had two ideas that I thought I'd pass on: the first is to make the bowl in dark chocolate and let it set up, then melt some white chocolate, put it in a plastic bag and drizzle it on the outside of the bowl. The other idea was to...
I was going thru the Consultants Corner information since I really haven't had a chance to.
The Showstoppers are really neat!
But I found myself asking a very very odd question for the Chocolate bowl.
I make canndy alot and thought it would be great to try.
But a balloon? do you...
I attempted making the Chocolate-Banana Phyllo Bundles from the new Seasons Best at home this past weekend. All went well except for when I tried to grate the chocolate chips. I found that they all just clumped together and it was extremely difficult. I actually gave up and just put the...
I will be doing my first show next week (don't even have my starter kit yet!) & was thinking of a doing the Chocolate theme. I know one of the themes right now is chocolate but if anyone has any additional ideas on easy/fun chocolate recipes, invitations, games, etc. I would greatly...
I'm making it right now- but using prep bowls upside down instead of aluminum foil for baking the crepes. It's working great! But they sort of slide around on the stone, so be careful. It was my husband's idea, I have to give him credit.
There is a recipe at Joyce's Fine Cooking for Double Chocolate Fruit Dip, which is supposedly a PC recipe. It sounds good and easy, but when I searched for it in the Consultant's Corner, I couldn't find it. Does anyone know which cookbook this recipe is from?

Is anyone else making Pink Lemonade Dessert Squares this month? If so, are you having trouble finding the white chocolate pudding? It seems that grocery stores here are not selling it any longer (maybe Jello isn't making it any longer?) Does anyone have a substitution for me? I...
I'm a new consultant. I want to have a party where the guest actually make the dessert or even have two teams that compete to make them. Wondering is anyone had any ideas and invitations for something like that. I want it to be a fun girl's night out.
Any suggestions are needed!
If I got...
I was listening to a tele-class the other day and she said we needed to get a recipe for chocolate chunk skillet cookie I think she said. It wasn't a cake. It was something you make in the sautee pan. She said it was an older PC recipe. Any ideas??? It sounded super easy. She said you make...
About 2 years ago I went to a show and got a recipe for this. I have since lost the list of ingredients and directions. ( :o ) Does anyone have this one? If so I would love you to E-mail it to me at: [email protected]
Thanks so much for any help you can give.
I'm in need of some assistance. Has anyone done one of these?? I did one but didn't think it was very successful. I made a Chocolate recipe and asked each to bring their favorite chocolate recipe to share. I then compiled the recipes and emailed them out to all the guests. I'm looking for...
This is pretty neat how it works out.
This is cool chocolate math!!!!!!!
DON'T CHEAT BY SCROLLING DOWN FIRST!
It takes less than a minute.......
Work this out as you read.
Be sure you don't read the bottom until you've worked
it out! This is not one of those...
Let's all thank Sally Frick for passing along these great recipes and fun activities for Death by Chocolate shows.
