The Asian Pork & Noodle Skillet uses the 12" SS pan, correct? So how do I order it for my demo? It's not on the sample order. How do we do that?
 
You can do it in the nonstick 12" skillet. It doesn't develop as much fond (the little crispy brown bits), but it's still really good.

That's why the 12" SS skillet is my #1 goal for Pan-O-Rama, too. :D
