What is date: Definition and 119 Discussions

For those of you that hand out coupons with booking incentives, how far out do you put the date? My boutique is on the 22nd.

If someone expresses interest in booking a show but wont give an exact date, is it ok to just randomly put a date in so that the current host gets the booking benefit? b/c if I just leave it as expressed interest she wont get the bb... If I have a bunch of bookings that never hold is that bad?

I'm trying to decide when to do my Homemade for the Holidays show. I'd like to do it in November, but not sure if it's too close to Thanksgiving. I will have company at my house Nov 22-24th so that rules out that weekend. Thoughts ? suggestions? thanks ! !
