How does the booking benefit work for January Hosts? If they book a show and hold it in January, what does the host that they booked from earn? Do they earn the same amount of free product value, or just the extra $50-$100? Thanks!

I have a host who didn't use her host special or all of her 1/2 price items. I would love to use the 1/2 price item to get the cookware for my MIL for Christmas! Any thoughts on if this is ok? Thanks
