Can I submit a customer's individual order that includes a discontinued product now even though it's past August 31st? I know shows can be submitted up to Sept 15th and filled on a first come, first serve basis for the discontinued stuff but I have no idea about a customer's order. Does it...
I have a show tonight and since I am in Canada, I am "technically" not supposed to know what products will be discontinued until this weekend at our Conference.
Should I share with tonight's guests anyway?? Am I right to assume that Canada and US will have the same products discontinued?
Recently, someone mentioned marketing an online show when discontinued products become available for sale. I assume this occurs sometime near the new catalog release in September.

Found this file on here and tried to make an order through PP3, but these products #'s didn't come up with a price? Is there a certain time frame that they will be available? Also, I put them under a host name, not my own.

I used to try to keep notes on what customers want to see added to the line or what they were looking for that was discontinued. That became a headache, so here's what I'm doing now.
When a customer wants something added to the line I ask them to email [email protected] and cc...

I have SUCH the consumer mindset...I have to get it now before it's gone! I'm trying to remind myself, though, that it won't help my business any to buy stuff that we won't sell anymore!
I have 2 catalog shows that were at first supposed to close by 2/28 but the hosts asked for a couple more weeks. What if any of their guests ordered the d/c products?
