I have a customer who would like some feedback on the Grill Pan. I don't have one, so I was hoping some that have used it or heard from customers could tell me how they like it, great recipes, tips, etc. Anything would be appreciated! Thanks!

I've been using my grill pan for at least 6 months and today I grilled peppers on it. I cannot clean the charred pieces off the pan! I've tried scrubbing with a sponge and using baking soda. Any suggestions? :cry:

I am debating on whether or not I should spend money on the host special for Sept. I already have the 12 in skillet and lid. I pretty much am functioning well with the cookware I already own in my kitchen. So if I get anything, it would pretty much be just for the benefit of using it at shows...
