Anyone have any really good recipes for a sip & dip show?? I have the last friday of the month and I am looking for good demo recipes. Thanks!!

I know that when I practice PC recipes, the ingredients are tax-deductible. I thought I read on here that I can test each recipe TWICE. Is that twice a YEAR or twice forever?? So if I tested Asian Pork Skillet twice last year, can I test it twice again this year and write-off the ingredients...
