What is personal: Definition and 192 Discussions

I just earned some PC dollars and as a new recruit I have a question. When I went into P3 to order some goodies, I went in under Non-Commision Orders and they had the option of Kit Enhancement or Personal Order. What is the difference between these two? Which one should I use? Thanks!

I'm in my third month with Pampered Chef and doing everything I can to make this a long-term viable solution to paid employment. Do any of you use an annual anticipated calendar when planning show incentives? For instance, I know that Pampered Chef offers things like double incentive points...
