I have a customer who wanted the Generation II Cookware Set from the outlet and she went to order it today and it was gone. Did anyone order an extra set that my customer could buy. Her and her friends had decided to chip in and buy it as a wedding gift for another friend. They just...
I have a customer who saw my email that I sent out about the outlet. She wants to purchase the cookware. However, so does her mom, her friend, and her aunt.
Can they put all of those on one order? She just wants to do it all in one shot and is thinking about maybe adding an extra set for a gift.
I have a customer that has a problem cleaning the groves on the bottom of her executive cookware after having something run over. She says that baking soda does not work. Any suggestions?

Ok, I know this is somewhere on here but I'm not having luck seeing it in my searches... can someone explain the cookware/ice demo? (melting the ice cube in the cookware as you pass it around) I had a consultant ask me about it and I wanted to give her the most correct answer I could. Thanks!
I just had a hostess who did a show in Feb. She bought the 7 piece executive set. She had a booking from her show who also did their show in Feb. So she got another 2 items at 60% off. She bought another cookware set just like the one she bought last time to give as a gift to her mother.

So after seeing the thread about the Party Sticks again, I thought I would post one to see what other ideas we can come up with for the cookware protectors. Of course cookware and the trifle bowl but what other things have you done with them or thought about?
I was at a show last night and I started talking about our cookware. They are basically all past hosts of mine but I was asking one of them how she was liking her SS set that she got and she said she was liking it. Well my hostess said she didnt like the SS because of high maintance then my past...
I am thinking about buying the cookware this month with my commission. I was just wondering if I should get the 5 and 7 piece set or just one of those? Also, what other executive piece can you not live without? I have the grill pan and am wanting to expand my set. Thanks!

Give an 8" saute pan to a friend as a gift! I finally exchanged holiday gifts with my 2 best girlfriends (yes, I said "holiday" - one is Jewish and the other is Lutheran - sorry!). Anyway, I gave one the SS 8" saute pan and the other the Exec. 8" saute pan. They both loved them, asked all kinds...
I have a past host who plans to attend the show who booked off of hers. She wants to order the cookware with the 60 % off. The balance would it be considered as guest sales for the present hostess?
I am a fairly new consultant, and I have NO cookware other than the 8" saute pan that came in my kit. I noticed for the power cooking show you need a skillet 10-12". Right now that is just WAY to much for me to spend. I noticed the 10 inch saute pan is a little cheaper...would that work or do...
A quick question about professional cookware, which we all know is being discontinued:
SOOOOOOO ....
If my past host orders the small set (which is the way she's leaning)
And if they are sold out of the skillet that goes with that set
Will they ...

I really don't know to much about the stainless cookware. One of my customer called, she was cooking a turkey burger on her 10" saute pan and burned the bottom of the pan. Can you use a brillo pad to clean it?
Hi! I have a host that owns cookware. She says she's having a few problems with a few pieces. Loves it but would like it better if she wasn't having problems. She no longer has the receipts and the consultant that sold it to her is no longer a consultant. What can I do, how can I help her?
