I try to do as much online as possible and not call the Solution Center. That way I can do it at 3 am when I know my clients are asleep and wouldn't appreciate a customer care call :D

I have decided to try mailing out invitations for my host for the next few months and see how it goes. But here's my question...does anyone do anything else with all those names and addresses before, during, or after the show, in particular the ones that don't attend.

I would ask "If you were to hold a show what month were you thinking? Then followup with "Oh that's a great month to hold a show" and make up some reason why (like if it was November say a lot of people start buying Christmas presents then and would love to do some shopping at their show). Then...
