Julie, you are right! Work on Host Coaching, get your show average up and then recalculate your numbers! Think about it, if you could double your show average, you'd have 1/2 as many shows to do to achieve your goal! :D

Online leads do add up. I had $5000 in online sales in 2009.

  • #54
When I got home my DH was so excited about the Silver or Gold trip. I told him I would need his help to achieve it and he said "ok". He wants to go to the bookstore today and pick up a book on the destination to keep it in front of us. Sooooo excited!

$5000?? That's incredible! Share how that happens...I had HO Leads almost every month and only had $2000.

That's great, Deb!

my director said she puts up a picture of the destination in her offic, and the only year she didn't go was the year she didn't put a picture up.

So TRUE! I started receiving HO leads in June, and from June through December, I had almost $3000 in online lead orders. I had $950 in December alone! At least one a day in December....even had a couple after Christmas!

I've had 2 already for January, totaling over $100...just wished they'd held off until today to place their orders! :)

I had $4648.38....love my online sales!

Well, they've posted the Jan CN which has the destinations, but NOTHING about point levels.

I put a picture of the destination I am aiming for as my background on my laptop! Hoping that seeing that picture everyday will motivate me to work harder, so that I can achieve this trip! My DH and I have been married for 3 and a half years and have yet to go on our "honeymoon" this trip would be s great one!!!!!!

Us too! Married 6.5 years and have yet to go on ours! He was active pilot in the USN at the time, and money and work lately have just made it impossible for us to go on our honeymoon too! This would be AWESOME!!!!!!!

Since the most important info is up, I think it's OK to post the points details:

Bronze
4 days, 3 nights at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel for TWO
$250 cash allowance
April 28 - May 1, 2011
52,000 points
4 qualified recruits

Silver
5 days, 4 nights at the Hyatt Regency Resort & Spa in Maui for TWO
$400 cash allowance
May 12 - 16, 2011
80,000 points
6 qualified recruits

Gold
6 days, 5 nights at the Hyatt Regency Resort & Spa in Maui for TWO
$500 Cash Allowance
Extra activity (such as snorkeling, downhill bike ride etc)
May 12 - 17, 2011
110,000 points
8 qualified recruits
OR $120,000 in commissionable sales

Bonus Points for Promotion
Each month in which you are a Director, Advanced Director or a Senior Director, you get "Paid-as-Points"
D - 250 pts/mo
AD - 500 pts/mo
SD - 1000 pts/mo

Higher level directors have their own plan which was not covered at my meeting.

Double points month will be either February, March or April. We will receive an email at the beginning of each month to let us know if that month is double points.

1000 points for attending Spring Launch
Triple points today through the 10th of January

I think that covers the important parts.

Thanks for posting the details!

Thank you SO MUCH for posting the details! I hated that I couldn't go to the meeting last night and have been refreshing CC since 8am! LOL!

Here is the Goal Worksheet we were given last night. It includes the "fine print" about the points.

A couple of the many things I've noticed about the 2011 trip program without having seen the details yet, just based on the DVD at the meeting...

No "extras" for Excellence Award achievers. I went back and looked at the EA benefits and there's nothing there about getting anything extra with the trip. This makes sense. When I went to Atlantis, which was a level 3 trip, I was one of the few people there who wasn't a TPC earner. But it was still a nice bennie of earning TPC/EA.

Meals - nothing was said on the DVD about meals being included, such as the daily breakfasts or the welcome and farewell dinners. Just a cash allowance. I hope they don't think that cash allowance is covering the meals.

My Director let me take the DVD home so I can show my DH and kids. Haven't had a chance to watch it again.

  • #67
my director said they are most likely going to have a dinner or two for PC people. Hawaii is expenisive, that 400-500 can go in just 2 days

  • #68
I am wondering if airfare is included...

  • #69
susan,
can you give the ideas the top sellers gave you all?

  • #70
generally it is always included. Disney Level 2 was the only exception, but they are giving us $600 for travel allowances

  • #71
The site isn't updated yet! I think they will have more details posted on there. Looks like there must have been some "issues" on CC this morning. Maybe the person who put the S/S flyer on there was escorted out and they don't have anyone else to update it!

  • #72
Nothing said about the option of the visa card if you don't travel. Wonder if that will still be available.

  • #73
what are the trip points for each level?

  • #74
Crissy, scroll up a bit...

I'm wondering that too.

I'm all set to earn a trip this year - but want to make it a family trip...so I'd rather take the $$ and take my family on our dream vacation Out West!

Same here. While I want to take the trip to Maui, it just isn't possible with my DH's work. He will be in planting season April-May and there's no way he will be able to get away during that time. And I won't go without him! I'd rather take the $$ and go somewhere tropical when he can go! :)

The timing is going to be an issue for many people. I know our Director was crossing her fingers hoping Hawaii--she's earned every trip since starting, and was dying to get a chance to earn Hawaii. She was elated when it was announced, then although she quickly put her perky face back on, when they announced the dates, she murmered "that's my daughter's graduation from college". I know that she's crushed!

  • #78
We really need to get the details! Come on and post already!!

My impression is that there is no Visa card option. It's travel or nothing, which is a bummer. I used the Visa card to put new appliances in my kitchen one year. I was hoping that level 1 (not knowing there wouldn't be levels, but really, aren't we still viewing them as levels?) would be free conf. OR something else. It's disheartening that there's no lower level "well at least I got something" achievement. And for people who can't travel, that leaves you with nothing. The trips are usually during the school year and people who want to buy-in their kids can't always pull them from school. Last night I briefly thought about wanting to buy in my kids for Maui but I'm sure the cost will be very high with airfare, etc. Gotta stop complaining and get back to host coaching and calling my recruit leads. Toronto is just not gonna do it for me. Nice enough city, but if I'm going to Canada I'd rather go to Vancouver, Montreal, Quebec or Banff. So gotta get to Maui for my wedding anniversary.

If I'm remembering correctly, after they announced Disney, they updated it with the Achiever Plus One option. I bet some of the top earners gave them feedback about not taking 3 other people with them. If enough people give feedback about not being able to travel, perhaps they'll update with a Visa option.

I"m VERY disappointed there is not "lower" level achievement as well such as free conference. I think that is a mistake and a deterrent to those who don't want to bust butt for a trip but will do enough for something else. So it's either 52k points or nothing....

(were you at our meeting with your director or at your hospitality meeting?)

Same here. Sharon had some great points as well.

Maybe they will have a month to earn FREE/discounted conference for 2011.

In the past they've had opportunities to earn free or half-price conference by selling in a particular month. But now that people can earn PC $ in their first 90 days and in December for the past 2 years, they may not do a free conference promo. I was already wondering if they would do one for this year since 2009 level 1 is free conference.

They're keeping us on our toes by not expecting the same old, same old. I was REALLY expecting Feb. to be double points month. Hope there are other opps. for triple points. I bet they keep it exciting and unexpected.

And to take this a little off topic, I'm excited about the logo wear in the PC games. I would love a PC scarf.

I just got this via email. It originated in an ExecuFlash:
Via EXECU-FLASH........

The secret is out … Toronto and Maui are the “Irresistible Destinations” Consultants can earn in the 2010 incentive program! We hope everyone enjoyed our adventures in The Amazing Race, and we can only imagine the excitement that was generated when the destinations were revealed!

Our own “Amazing Race” host Phil, who gave instructions and tracked our progress along the way, will visit THREE Spring Launch cities. He will award even more incentive points to the lucky Consultants who attend meetings in those locations. And we need YOUR help to get each city entered in the drawing to be one of the destinations for Phil’s appearance. Here’s how it works:

Every city receives ONE entry in the drawing when the registration for that city reaches at least 40% of our target attendance number.* As of Jan. 3, eleven cities have already reached this level, so the race is on for this very exciting drawing! The chart at the end of this e-mail shows the results so far.
· When a city’s registration reaches 50% of the target it receives THREE entries in the drawing.
· When a city’s registration hits 60% of the target, it receives SIX entries.
· And with registration of 70% or more of the target, it receives NINE entries!

After registration closes at midnight on Sunday, Jan. 17, we’ll draw one city for Phil to visit on each Spring Launch date, Feb. 2, 4, and 6.
· At each city Phil visits, he’ll award a bonus of 1,000 incentive points to everyone there. Yes, that’s on top of the 1,000 bonus points they will receive just for attending.
· Plus, some extra-lucky attendees will receive even more incentive points when we draw their names that day. It will be an amazing moment!

WAHOO! We truly want to give our Spring Launch attendees a jumpstart on earning their Irresistible Destination!

So here’s the bottom line: the more Consultants who attend a Spring Launch meeting, the more chances every city has to be visited by Phil! And you know that when you attend a Spring Launch, you'll be more successful in you business!

If you learn how to add just one Show per month, you can earn another $80-$100 a month.
If you learn to add just one more order to every Show, you can increase your Show average by $50, which means happier hosts and more income from every Show!
In other words, not only do attendees at the Spring Launch meetings get 1000 incentive points, all the attendees at 1 location per date will get additional points. The lucky locations will be determined by a drawing, with the number of entries per location determined by the percentage of the target attendance that location hits.I have the current (as of 1/3) percentages and targets for the locations. But they're in a table format. I'll put it into a postable form and put it here.

Wahoo, six entries for me! Just a few more percent away from nine more!

Nice FAQs at the end of the rules and requirements doc. Keep scrolling through to get it all. It addresses why there's not free conference.

Wow!! I'm kinda surprised that Houston is so low! I guess that means that there is mega room for growth in Houston and west LA and surrounding areas!! Wa-hoo for me!!

Ok, Ann S....I have a new and higher love for you for sharing this!!!! :love:Hawaii is one of my DREAM trips:love:...and I will have to break my back to get there but I am determined!!!!!!!!!!!

Just have this feeling that some of the major cities will really have a serge in attendance. I so want extra points!!!

I would normally agree with a lower level, but Hawaii is expensive and it is not a 3 day trip so I can see that they need more from us to balance the books and cover it. Last night I was on the verge of tears giving our one team member congratulations for earning the trip. She and her husband have 3 kids and will be returning from deployment just in time for the trip. She has worked her fanny off keeping her family going and getting this trip. THAT is what I love the most about sharing the opportunity! (she is not my personal recruit but in my 2nd line)

For myself, Disney was not a draw for me so I worked my business hard but this year it will be with much more purpose!

Wow Seattle is only at 38%. Come on folk's let's get registered! :)

  • #95
Woohoo! Glad I changed my mind and went with Atlanta vs. Lakeland! I'm getting the chance to be with my group that way anyway! Family is in Lakeland, but it was going to be more $$$ to travel there...

Atlanta here I come! Off to register!!!! :D

Come on for Omaha!!!! Let's get registered, People! :) We need more bodies -- weird though, because we have room for 1000 and some only have room for 350!

I'm loving Hawaii!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can bet I'll be working my business from the start -- TODAY!! :)

We are going to Omaha too. For the location I'm a little shocked that they are wanting a 1000! That's right up there with Chicago but no where close to the amount for Minneappolis. And we are driving two hours to get there.
