I messed up a show. I placed it as a catolog show vs a cooking show. Is there away I can change it?

I do not think it will let you change it. Only from a cooking to a catalogn ONE TIME per show. I may be wrong but I think you will have to delete the entire show and start over. Hopefully, I am wrong though.

Have you submitted it yet? If not, then yes, you can change it. Although I think you may have to delete the whole show & reenter it. I haven't had to change one since changing to P3, but I think I remember reading about others having to. Hopefully this is something they will be updating! It was so easy in PP to change shows.

In P3 you can't "upgrade" from catalog to cooking, you can only "downgrade." So you will have to reenter all those orders. Sorry.

Will this mess things up? She booked off of someone else.

No- a booking is a booking. The only real difference is that catalog shows can't have co-hosts, and they get less FPV (free product value) for the host. If you have not yet submitted it, I'd reenter it as a cooking show, so the host doesn't miss out on the additional $15 FPV.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do if I accidentally scheduled a catalog show instead of a cooking show?

If you realize that you've scheduled a catalog show instead of a cooking show, the first step is to contact your Pampered Chef consultant or the host immediately. They can help you make the necessary adjustments and ensure that the show is set up correctly for a cooking demonstration.

Can I change a catalog show to a cooking show after it has been created?

Yes, you can change a catalog show to a cooking show even after it has been created. However, you will need to update the show details in your Pampered Chef account and inform your guests about the change in format. Make sure to provide them with the new date, time, and any other relevant details.

Will changing a catalog show to a cooking show affect the host's rewards?

Changing a catalog show to a cooking show can potentially increase the host's rewards, as cooking shows typically generate more sales and bookings. Ensure that the host understands the benefits of the change and encourages guests to attend the cooking demonstration.

How do I communicate the change from a catalog show to a cooking show to my guests?

To communicate the change, send out an updated invitation via email, social media, or text message. Clearly explain that the show format has changed and provide all the new details, including the cooking show theme, recipes that will be demonstrated, and any special offers available during the event.

Are there any additional preparations needed for a cooking show compared to a catalog show?

Yes, a cooking show requires additional preparations, such as selecting recipes, gathering ingredients, and setting up cooking equipment. You will also need to plan for the demonstration space and ensure that you have enough seating for guests. It's important to rehearse the cooking demonstration to ensure a smooth presentation.
