Anyone know why it isn't on the Replacement part form? I have a customer who broke her white bowl part. The form just shows the metal frame. Any ideas? I planned to call HO but the wait was over 35 mins and I'm not in a rush. Thanks, Joanne

I'm having trouble doing the supply order. I'm trying to enter the number for the FREE Write in receipts and it keeps telling me the number does not exist. I've updated PP like 4 times and re-did my supply order like 3 times and it still won't let me enter them in. Any help would be great.
