What do you cook in it? I want to do Pull A Parts in the Deep Dish Pie Plate and would love to do a demo that can be done in the Square Baker to show more of the glazed Stoneware this month. I just odered the Square Baker from my Open House.
I did them this weekend in the Deep Dish Pie plate and they did wonderful. I think I will do them at this month's shows in this plate to show you can cook more than pies in them.
What is everyone doing for their September shows? I want to do a recipe that promotes the special of course, the glazed stoneware, but I'm unsure of what to do. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.
I used my covered stoneware pan today for the first time, and it worked great. However, when I went to clean it, I noticed a couple of "rough" spots on the stoneware... one right on the inside bottom, and one up the side. It looks like drips or tiny bubbles of the clay. Do you think this is...
I had a customer who said "every time I try to bake the pie crust empty, it ends up falling over on itself" Has anyone heard of this? How can she prevent it?

Does anyone have any ideas on a campout in the kitchen theme. I have a host who wants to do this type theme. She wants to do the bite size s'more brownies in the kids cookbook, but I need ideas for a main dish or appetizer. Oh and I also need game ideas.
