When you are inactive can you still place individual orders? Can they be through P3? I went inactive this month and I have people who want to place orders but they're a lot less than $200.

I've noticed a lot of people recommend not calling it an open house. What do some of you name your Holiday Open House? All I've been able to come up with is the uncreative Holiday Bazaar or Holiday Bonanza???
I finally got my first return. I had someone open their Deep Covered Baker and it had a huge crack in the bottom. I've never done a return before and since the website is down if someone could explain the whole process I'd be grateful. Since its in the 30 day window they don't pay for shipping...
