I'm on the 9th deck.I'm guessing they will have some sort of reception for us or something....at least they had special stuff for us in San Fran last year...so there will be an opportunity for us to meet up. We could have an unofficial DCS meeting in one of the bars or something. Once we get our official travel docs we'll probably know more.

On the cruise two years ago there was a reception thingy the first night. I also went to one for first time achievers, but I think there's also one for everybody. How fun! We'll have to look for each other and look at nametags!

Our son is staying at home with my sister. When I got my new passport pic taken, he was with me. The lady was all ready to take his and I had to stop her and tell her no way he was coming with! LOL!He have another family trip planned this summer so this one is adults only!

We're not bring our kids with. They're staying with my parents! Yay! I figure until we go to Disney next, I'll be leaving the kids at home. They're only 3 and 6 so I TRULY want a vacation!

I called the cruise line about the pull out beds above the twin beds.....they have a ladder and a bar so the kids won't fall out. The windows don't open. I'm so ready for this trip!!!

I'm cruising the Sovereign for my 3rd time! Ha Ha, But I have a feeling that this time will be the most special because I'll be sharing in it with all of my Pampered Chef friends!

I'm in room 5596. I thought this was too funny because I went and looked online and it's two rooms away from the mall, HOW FITTING!

Can't wait to board, 1 month from today!!!!!!!!!!!

I just registered at royalcaribbean.com and was able to check in and purchase excursions. Yeehaw!!! I just purchased snorkeling at CocoCay so far.I called Carlson b/c the ship returns to Port Canaveral at 7 a.m. and my flight doesn't leave Orlando until 7 p.m. I was told that disembarkation takes a couple hours and that Pampered Chef will be filling up buses and shuttling folks back to Orlando as they disembark. There will be no time for fitting in an excursion to the space center unless you arrange your own transportation back to the airport. I wish I would have known this prior, then I probably would have taken the travel allowance. Oh well. Can't argue with a free vacation.Just know that you may be spending a few hours with me in the Orlando airport.

That's the one excursion we were thinking of doing. I need to check the excursions out again. Is there only one time slot to do it? I'll have to go look.

The snorkeling at CocoCay is for the day. You pick up your gear and you are on your own. I think there is an orientation/instructional session if you want, otherwise you can snorkel as little or as much as you want while on the island.
