"Thank you so much for your order. Be sure to call me and let me know if you have any questions about your prouduct." If I have room, I would mention. "I just knoe you are going to love your stoneware." If they buy the rice cooker, I send that little packet of cake recipes.
I like this idea!janel kelly said:I print out thank you letters for all the guests at the show as well as the host and staple the letter, the recipe made at the show, a business card, and the original reciept together. I then give them to the hosts and have them put each letter in the bag with the products. It works really well for me. I like that my business card is stapled to the reciept because it is more likely they will keep it around.
In your thank you note, include a personal message expressing gratitude for the customer's order. Mention specific products they purchased to make it more personal. You can also include a reminder of any upcoming promotions or events, and encourage them to reach out if they have any questions about their products.
To personalize your thank you notes, use the customer's name and reference their specific order. Share a brief anecdote or tip related to the products they purchased, or ask them how they plan to use their new items. This shows that you value them as an individual and not just a sale.
Handwritten notes tend to feel more personal and heartfelt, which can strengthen your relationship with the customer. However, if you have a large volume of orders, printed notes can be more efficient. Consider mixing both methods; use handwritten notes for special customers or significant orders and printed notes for regular transactions.
Including a discount or incentive can be a great way to encourage repeat business. You might offer a small discount on their next purchase or invite them to a special event. Just ensure that the offer is clear and easy to redeem, as this can enhance customer loyalty.
It's best to send thank you notes within a week of the order being placed or received. This timing keeps you fresh in the customer's mind and shows that you appreciate their business promptly. If you’re sending notes for orders that have been delivered, aim to send them as soon as possible after delivery.
