Hi all,

I was wondering if you could help me... I have a fundraiser happening in January and they booked because she saw the flier I had sent out with the added $$ for hosts...
How does this work on a fundraiser show since the host doesn't get to reap the benefits of the host specials or host promotions other than the scrapers.

Talk to her about the fact that FRs get a check instead of the host benefits. If the FR is for an organization that needs tools (to outfit a group home or church kitchen, for example), they can do it as a regular show and use the host benefits to pick out tools. I've also known consultants who have had the organization use the host benefits to get items to offer in raffles or auctions at a later date.

Consider sending personalized invitations via email or text to potential supporters, and leverage local community boards or groups to reach a wider audience. Additionally, offering incentives like giveaways or discounts for participants can boost interest.

How can I set fundraising goals for my Pampered Chef event?

Start by determining the total amount you wish to raise and break it down into achievable milestones. Consider factors such as the number of attendees, average order size, and the percentage of sales that will go towards your cause. Setting clear, realistic goals will help motivate your team and participants, and tracking progress can keep everyone engaged throughout the event.

What types of Pampered Chef products are best for fundraisers?

Focus on popular and versatile products that appeal to a wide audience, such as kitchen tools, cookware, and baking items. Items that are easy to demonstrate and showcase their benefits, like the Quick Slice or the Mix ‘N Chop, can attract more interest. Additionally, consider seasonal items or exclusive bundles that may entice customers to purchase during the fundraiser.

How can I engage my guests during the fundraiser?

Engage your guests by incorporating interactive elements such as live cooking demonstrations, product tastings, or hands-on activities. Encourage questions and discussions about the products, and share personal stories about how the fundraiser supports your cause. Creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere will help keep guests interested and more likely to make purchases.

What follow-up strategies should I use after the fundraiser?

After the fundraiser, send thank-you notes or emails to participants and supporters to express your gratitude. Share the success of the event, including how much was raised and how it will benefit the cause. Additionally, consider reaching out to those who showed interest but did not purchase, offering them a chance to buy products or donate directly.
