Hwc Guest Special or Individual Sales

As I can remember correctly, last year we were able to sell HWC items to individuals, it didn't necesarrily have to be a fundraiser or Guest Special.
Will we be able to do that again this year or are we only going to be able to offer it as a Guest Special?

You can sell the HWC items to anyone. Just not the host special.

the HWC "guest" items are for all, even individual orders.

And this year for individual online orders only they can buy the cups or squares. At the same time as they buy the guest specials.

Has anyone made out a special order form for the HWC items?

yep, if you do a search in files for HWC you should find order forms, pre-order forms, flyers, etc.

How would we submit that? As a show or fundraiser?

Individual online orders are done online & HO takes care of the rest - all you do is rake in the dough. You'll get an email telling you about the order and you should be able to track it on CC but you do not need to do anything else.

If someone wants the HWC guest specials you can either tack them onto a show or put them in as an individual order.
