What forms do you use to fill out for the people who order on catalogue shows. Do you use the Guest Order forms, or the outside order forms?

Same here...need to keep those costs down.

me too! Plus, I make up my own OOF's that list the guest special right on the form so anyone placing an order is sure to know what's on special!

I do the same.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between guest orders and outside orders in Pampered Chef catalog order forms?

Guest orders are those placed by individuals who attend a Pampered Chef party, either in-person or virtual, and are typically associated with the host's party. Outside orders, on the other hand, are placed by individuals who are not attending the party but still wish to purchase products from the catalog, often to support the host or for personal use.

How do I collect guest orders during a Pampered Chef party?

To collect guest orders during a Pampered Chef party, provide each attendee with a catalog order form and encourage them to write down their selections. You can also showcase products during the party and take note of any orders as they are made. Be sure to remind guests that their orders will count towards the host's rewards.

Can I accept outside orders after the party has ended?

Yes, you can accept outside orders after the party has ended. Many consultants allow a few days for outside orders to come in, providing an opportunity for those who couldn't attend the party to still support the host and purchase products. Just be sure to communicate the deadline clearly to potential buyers.

How should I handle payment for guest and outside orders?

For both guest and outside orders, you can collect payment through various methods, such as cash, checks, or credit card payments via the Pampered Chef website or your personal payment processing system. Ensure that you clarify payment methods with your guests and outside customers before finalizing their orders.

What should I do if a guest wants to change their order after submitting the catalog order form?

If a guest wants to change their order after submitting the catalog order form, it's best to accommodate their request if possible. You can either adjust their order before submitting it to Pampered Chef or, if the order has already been placed, inform them about the cancellation and reordering process. Always keep communication open and ensure they are satisfied with their final order.
