I have an order that I sent in a week ago, and it's still in "Received" status. Is this the norm right now? I know the holidays are approaching, but I haven't seen an order take this long to process in about two years.
Is anyone else having longer ship times? Or should I call to see if...

I HATE spiders, and this sucker is huge. I can't bring myself close enough to kill it, so at least I found something to trap it under...
I hate it - whenever I try to demo it, it fails on me. I can usually make it work at home though... makes no sense. LOL!
I should probably start using it more often, since I cut myself on the USG recently ;) but it really is just more cumbersome.
<sigh> I was afraid of that. I'm loving many of the features of P3, but I'm also compiling a list of issues I want to bring to their attention. I'm going to add this to it.

Well, shoot - I certainly don't remember setting it up as a catalog show. Now I'm not sure how to change it.
Please tell me I don't have to start the show over from scratch - it's huge! (AND I just realized this means my hostess didn't get all of her free products!)
I used this flag on another show...but on my current show the checkbox I can't check that my customers are outside orders. Has anyone else had this problem?Edited to clarify that this is happening in P3.
So has anyone tried the Barkeeper's Friend on it? I suggested it to someone today (whose dipper did go through the dishwasher), but that was a hunch and I told her I wasn't sure if it would help. I'm sure it doesn't restore the shiny finish, but does it at least clean up the tarnish enough that...
I know I've seen the recipe on here before, but I can't find it. Does anyone have it handy? I'm supposed to be sending the ingreds to a hostess but I can't find them. :rolleyes:

See, the new handbook says to show the "brief clip" from the DVD, so I started scouring it looking for something brief. 8+ minutes isn't that long at, say, an opportunity event. But at a show, when we should be keeping our demo to 45ish minutes anyway, I thought it was a bit much.
