i'm trying to determine the cause- but I'm trying to submit an individual non-commission order and it tells me everything is fine until it goes through the application updates and officially tries to submit the order- and says it fails. What could be the cause? HO is closed today and I'm trying to get this done today if possible.
 
Restart your pc...could just be a connectivity glitch. If you are getting the updates, the order should go through.

Is this the order that wouldn't take a credit card? If so, that's the problem. Because it's a NON COMMISSION order, it must be paid with PC$, PC Debit or PC Visa.

OK- so apparently it was all a technical issue this time around- so after reinstalling the program- we are in business. For some reason it was refusing to get updates. Now it has them. YAY! Order submitted.
