do you print out copies of each one for each guest or do you have a binder that you put them in for people to look at?

we did that for a while and my co-chef still does at her shows, but I stopped doing it. It was an extra expense. Now I just put a color copy in a stand up page holder and point it out at the shows. I also make sure to mention it during check out.

No, I just put it in the flip top binder and talk about it during the show and at check out.

I pick up the item, give them reasons they must have it and let them know they can get it free. Those that don't have budgets that allow them to spend the $60 plus to get it free often buy it because, like I said, now they must have it.

I put the color flyer from the CN into my bookings/info book and pass it around. I also mention it during the show.

um Ann....when did you become a bird???? Your avatar threw me for a loop!

I make a copy of each for my host packets and then I keep the color copy in the 3 ring flip chart binder for all to see at the show

That's my bird, Bunsen. I decided to change things up a little this morning.

I noticed the same thing earlier, but since I'm relatively new to CS, I didn't know if she just changed her avatars every so often..... Your bird is very handsome :), I'm assuming gender...

We assume gender for him, too. We know that our other bird, Beaker, is female. She's an African Grey. Of course, we joke that since she was bred here in the states, that makes her an African-American Grey. :)Pics: Bunsen; Beaker
Beaker's page has a video of her talking.
