Hello,
I am trying to set up on-line a HWC show for my sister-in-law and its my first one..
It's set as a fundraiser, and I have HWC chosen as the design option but it still wants a name for the check. What do I do there?

Thanks,
Karen

American Cancer Society.

Hi Karen, congratulations on setting up your first HWC show! When it comes to the name for the check, you can either use your sister-in-law's name or the name of the organization or cause that the fundraiser is benefiting. This will help keep track of the funds raised and make it easier for HWC to process the payment. If you're unsure, you can always reach out to HWC customer support for guidance. Good luck with your show!

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a HWC Show and how does it work for Karen's Fundraiser?

A HWC Show, or Helping With Care Show, is a special type of fundraiser organized to support individuals or causes in need, like Karen's Fundraiser. During the show, guests can purchase Pampered Chef products, and a portion of the sales proceeds will be donated to Karen's cause. This allows supporters to contribute while also getting quality kitchen products.

Make sure to gather a list of supporters who might be interested in attending and contributing to the fundraiser.

What promotional materials are available for the HWC Show?

Pampered Chef provides various promotional materials for HWC Shows, including flyers, social media graphics, and email templates. Your consultant can help you access these resources to effectively promote the show and encourage attendance. Utilizing these materials can help spread the word and maximize participation in Karen's Fundraiser.

How can I encourage attendance and sales for the HWC Show?

To encourage attendance and boost sales for the HWC Show, consider reaching out personally to friends, family, and community members. Use social media to create event pages and share updates. Highlight the importance of the fundraiser and the impact it will have on Karen's situation. Offering incentives, such as raffle prizes or special discounts, can also motivate people to attend and purchase products.

What happens after the HWC Show is completed?

After the HWC Show, the consultant will process the orders and calculate the total sales. A portion of the proceeds will then be donated to Karen's Fundraiser. You will receive a summary of the sales and the donation amount. It's important to thank all attendees and supporters for their contributions, as their participation is crucial to the success of the fundraiser.
