Okay, I read that a consultant gets to order from paperwork/supply and the first order of that month the shipping is a flat 4.00 or 6.00 for APO/FPO addresses.

Well, I have never order from PW/S and I was going to but my shipping kept racking up. I thought it was just going to be a flat 6.00 (I live APO/FPO) since it is my first order (EVER).....but it wasn't.

Am I mistaken or am I not entering something in correctly?
 
I don't know if it is different because you are in Japan, but mine is $6.00 shipping to Alaska once a month, then if I need to order twice a month then I have to pay direct shipping up to $14.
