Have you seen the Cooking Shows in Action? There's a DVD of it, but I think the segments are also viewable on CC. Anyway, one of the consultant's does it during her demo. I don't feel comfortable doing the ice cube trick, but I do bring the small SS saucepan and the Executive saute pan. I always pass them around while I talk about them. I haven't done it yet, but I want to demo the garlic biscuit bites in the saute pan. Then it opens the door for people to see how you can do all sorts of skillet dinners and cakes that start on the stove and go to the oven, and then you only have one pot to clean...and it's EASY to clean.**ETA: I just checked on CC. Go to Products and Recipes, then Cooking Shows in Action, then click on Jennifer Soto. But basically she puts one cube in the SS pan, one in the Exe. pan, and one in the prep bowl. She spends a minute or two talking about the features of them, then shows how in that time the ice melted in the pans, but not much in the prep bowl. This shows how the whole pan conducts temp. evenly (you can feel the whole pan get cold, not just the bottom).candiejayne said:What is the ice cube trick, i have never heard of that one before, well except for the ice cream scoop.

To effectively showcase cookware at a Pampered Chef show, consider using live cooking demonstrations to highlight the features and benefits of the products. Prepare a simple recipe that utilizes the cookware, allowing guests to see how it performs in real-time. Additionally, use visual aids like product brochures and cooking tips to engage attendees. Encourage guests to ask questions and share their own cooking experiences to create an interactive atmosphere.
Create excitement by incorporating fun and engaging elements into your presentation. Use storytelling to share personal experiences with the cookware, highlighting how it has improved your cooking. Offer samples of the food you prepare, allowing guests to taste the results. Consider running a small contest or giveaway related to the cookware, which can incentivize participation and keep the energy high throughout the show.
When addressing objections about cookware, listen carefully to your guests' concerns and validate their feelings. Provide clear, factual information about the quality, durability, and versatility of the cookware. Share testimonials from satisfied customers and demonstrate the cookware's unique features during your presentation. Offering a satisfaction guarantee can also help alleviate concerns and encourage guests to make a purchase.
Encourage guests to host their own cooking shows by highlighting the benefits they can receive, such as free products and exclusive discounts. Share success stories from previous hosts to illustrate the fun and rewards of hosting. Offer incentives, such as a special gift or discount for those who book a show during your presentation. Make it easy for them to sign up by providing a simple sign-up sheet and discussing potential dates.
After the show, follow up with attendees through personalized thank-you notes or emails, expressing appreciation for their participation. Include a recap of the cookware showcased and any special offers available for a limited time. Consider sending out a recipe that uses the cookware to keep the conversation going. Additionally, invite them to join your social media groups or subscribe to your newsletter for ongoing tips and promotions related to Pampered Chef products.
