Does anyone remember the statistic from National Conference of how many SS cookware customers there are in the market and how many non-Stick customers? I remember 30-something percentage for both, but didn't get the exact amount?

sure, 36% of the market is stainless steel and hard anodized aluminum is 32%- I didnt go to NC but the info is in your special edition consultant news as well as on consultant corner

I don't remember the exact numbers, but I do recall that the statistic showed that there is a fairly equal split between SS cookware customers and non-stick customers in the market. It was around 30% for both, which means that there is a significant demand for both types of cookware. However, I think it's important to also consider the trend towards more environmentally friendly and sustainable options, so that might affect the numbers in the future.
