I did a Power Cooking show a couple of months ago, and my host is looking for some more recipes being she is about to have a baby and wants to get them in the freezer. Are there any more new recipes out there for power cooking? (She already has the list of 13 or so recipes). Thanks.
 
I haven't seen any yet. I know the orginal list from Laura Norris in TX were recipes SHE developed and adapted from other sources.

Maybe you can try your hand at some more? If you do an online search for freezer cooking or 30 day cooking, you'll get some hits.
 
1. Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas: Place 4-6 chicken breasts, sliced bell peppers and onions, 1 packet of taco seasoning, and 1/2 cup of salsa in a large ziplock bag. Freeze until ready to use. When ready to cook, empty contents of bag into a slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with tortillas, cheese, and sour cream.2. Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry: In a large ziplock bag, place 2 pounds of thinly sliced beef, 1 cup of broccoli florets, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. Freeze until ready to use. When ready to cook, empty contents of bag into a hot skillet and cook until beef is cooked through and broccoli is tender. Serve over rice.3. Spinach and Feta Stuffed Chicken: In a large ziplock bag, place 4-6 chicken breasts, 1 cup of chopped spinach, 1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. Freeze until ready to use. When ready to cook, preheat oven to 375 degrees F and bake chicken for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.4. Honey Garlic Pork Chops: In a large ziplock bag, place 4-6 pork chops, 1/4 cup of honey, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, and 1/4 cup of soy sauce. Freeze until ready to use. When ready to cook, preheat oven to 375 degrees F and bake pork chops for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.5. BBQ Pulled Pork: Place 2-3 pounds of pork shoulder or butt in a slow cooker. In a separate bowl, mix together 1 cup of BBQ sauce, 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. Pour mixture over pork and cook on low for 8 hours. Shred pork with forks and serve on buns.6. Cheesy Meatball Subs: In a large ziplock bag, place 2 pounds of frozen meatballs, 1 cup of marinara sauce, and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. Freeze until ready to use. When ready to cook
