I need this recipe for a show tomorrow night. She emailed me and wanted something different than what was on my list. I have done shows for 8 years and she has hosted one every year and I hate to let her down. I just don't remember making these or where they were located.
Thank you soo much in advance if you have it typed up or know which book they are in.
Crystal

We were just talking about this. Search for Clushouse Chicken Squares Photo? (yes, it is spelled wrong!) and you will find it - just the last couple of days. Sorry, I don't know how to link the thread!

Here you go... Enjoy!

CLUBHOUSE CHICKEN SQUARES

2 8oz packages refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 small garlic clove, pressed
1 teaspoon dill mix
1 10oz can chunk white chicken, drained and flaked
½ small cucumber
2 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, crisply cooked, drained and crumbled

Heat the oven to 375˚F. Unroll one package of crescent rolls across one end of the Stoneware Bar Pan with the longest sides of dough across the width of the pan. Repeat with the remaining package of dough, filling the pan. Using the Baker’s Roller™, roll the dough to seal the perforations and press up the sides to form a crust. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to the Stackable Cooling Rack and cool completely. Place the cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic pressed with the Garlic Press and seasoning mix, if desired, in the Classic Batter Bowl and mix until smooth using the Classic Scraper. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust using the Large Spreader. Sprinkle the chicken evenly over the filling. Score the cucumber lengthwise using the Lemon Zester/Scorer. Remove the seeds using The Corer™. Thinly slice the cucumber using the Ultimate Slice & Grate and cut the slices into quarters using the Utility Knife. Slice the tomatoes in half lengthwise and remove the seeds using the Cook’s Corer™. Dice the tomatoes using the Chef’s Knife. Grate the cheese using the Deluxe Cheese Grater. Sprinkle the cucumber, tomatoes, cheese and bacon over the filling. Serve using the Mini-Serving Spatula.
