However, here is a similar recipe for Artichoke Chicken that you can try:Ingredients:- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts- Salt and pepper- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour- 2 tablespoons olive oil- 1 tablespoon butter- 1 onion, diced- 2 cloves garlic, minced- 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped- 1 cup chicken broth- 1/2 cup heavy cream- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)Instructions:1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dredge them in flour, shaking off any excess.3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.4. In the same skillet, add the onion and garlic, and sauté for about 2 minutes, until softened.5.
