I need help with organization for shows and keeping track of former customers. Anyone have things that work well for them. Things have been crazy while my mom was in the hospital during her battle with cancer. Now I need to get things straighten out and organized.

Also - I am looking for newletter ideas. Do you guys use a service or create your own??

Thanks, Kathy

I am not a ver organized person, so take my advice w/ a grain of salt. For me I keep every show seperate by paper clip w/ drawing slips attached. Then in my file cabinet I have a spot for each month.
KN goes in front, then shows in order how they were submitted. This makes easy to find, and keeps my desk somewhat organized.
I hope it helps a little!

Hi Kathy,First of all, I am sorry to hear about your mom's battle with cancer. I can only imagine how difficult and overwhelming it must have been for you to juggle everything during that time. I hope she is doing better now.In terms of organization for shows and keeping track of former customers, have you tried using a spreadsheet or a customer relationship management (CRM) software? These tools can help you keep track of important information such as contact details, purchase history, and upcoming shows. You can also use it to schedule follow-up tasks and set reminders for upcoming events. Additionally, there are many online project management tools that can help you stay organized and on top of things. As for newsletter ideas, I personally use a combination of a newsletter service and creating my own content. I find that using a service helps me save time and provides professional-looking templates, while creating my own content allows me to personalize it for my customers. It ultimately depends on your preferences and the amount of time you have.I hope these suggestions help. Best of luck with getting things organized and my thoughts are with you and your mom. Take care.Sincerely,
