Di_Can_Cook said:Mine was showing as "received" this morning. Now, they say its status is "picking." What does that mean, they're picking out items to toss in the box?
Also, this show includes a direct shipment which I'm concerned about ... will there be separate tracking numbers for each?
Di_Can_Cook said:I'd hate to think what else they could be picking .....
Amanda, did you call your hostess to make sure she got everything OK?
It's possible they only have one tracking number for both boxes to make sure they go to the same place!

We're in Cali I could only dream of shipments coming that quickly. It's scheduled to arrive Friday. I have already called the host and told her I don't know how many boxes to expect. She got lots of cookware so I know 4 boxes alone will be cookware!Amanda, did you call your hostess to make sure she got everything OK?
"Processed" indicates that your order has been received and is being prepared for shipment. This means that the items have been picked, packed, and are ready to be sent out, but they have not yet left the warehouse.
When your status shows "Shipped," it means that your order has left the warehouse and is on its way to you. However, delivery times can vary due to factors such as shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, or logistical issues. You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
If your shipment status is "Received," it typically means that the carrier has delivered the package to your address. If you haven't received it, check with neighbors or other household members to see if they may have accepted the package. If you still can't find it, contact the shipping carrier for more information or reach out to Pampered Chef customer service for assistance.
You can track your shipment status by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Visit the shipping carrier's website, enter the tracking number, and you will be able to see the current status and location of your package.
If your shipment status hasn't changed for several days, it may be due to a delay in processing or shipping. Check the carrier's website for any updates or delays. If there are no updates, contact Pampered Chef customer service for further assistance and to inquire about the status of your order.
