Here you go...

Mini Dessert Pizzas
(Let's Eat!...pg 69)

6 Tbls strawberry cream cheese spread
6 sugar cookies (about 3 inches in diameter)
1 cup fresh fruit such as sliced strawberries, banana or kiwi
Powdered sugar, if you'd like

1. Spread 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese on each cookie using the All-Purpose Spreader.

2. Slice strawberries, banana or kiwi using the Egg Slicer Plus.

3. Put the fruit on top of the cream cheese spread. Sprinkle pizzas with powdered sugar, if you'd like. Enjoy!

Makes 6 servings

Helpful Hint: If you'd like, you can use chocolate chip or oatmeal cookies instead of the sugar cookies.

Mouse-in-the-House Cupcakes
(Let’s Eat cookbook, pg 63)

You will need:
1 package (9 ounces) devil’s food cake mix
½ cup water
1 egg
¾ cup vanilla frosting
24 vanilla wafer cookies
24 candy-coated chocolate pieces
12 chocolate kisses
Shoestring licorice

1. With adult help: Set the oven to 350°F. Put 1 paper liner in each cup of the Stoneware Muffin Pan.
2. Put the cake mix, water and egg into the Classic Batter Bowl. Mix according to the package directions. Using the Large Scoop, put 1 heaping scoop of batter into each muffin cup.
3. With adult help: Bake the cupcakes for 15-18 minutes or until a cake tester inserted in the center of each cupcake comes out clean. Carefully remove the pan from the oven using Oven Mitts and put it on a cooling rack. Let the cupcakes cool for 5 minutes, then remove them from the pan. Wait until the cupcakes are completely cool before you decorate them.
4. Spread the tops of the cupcakes with the frosting. To make each mouse, put 2 vanilla wafer cookies for “ears,” 2 candy-coated chocolate pieces for “eyes,” 1 chocolate kiss for a “nose,” and pieces of shoestring licorice for “whiskers.”
Enjoy!

Unfortunately, I do not have those specific recipes from the Let's Eat cookbook. However, here are some ideas for toppings for your mini pizzas that kids will love:1. Classic Cheese: Mozzarella, cheddar, or a blend of both cheeses with tomato sauce.2. Pepperoni Pizza: Add some sliced pepperoni on top of the cheese and tomato sauce.3. Hawaiian Pizza: Ham or Canadian bacon with pineapple chunks on top of the cheese and tomato sauce.4. BBQ Chicken Pizza: Shredded chicken tossed in BBQ sauce, red onions, and cheddar cheese on top of the tomato sauce.5. Veggie Pizza: Sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, and black olives on top of the cheese and tomato sauce.6. Meat Lover's Pizza: Add a variety of cooked meats such as sausage, bacon, and pepperoni on top of the cheese and tomato sauce.7. Margherita Pizza: Fresh basil leaves, sliced tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese on top of the tomato sauce.8. Taco Pizza: Seasoned ground beef, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and cheddar cheese on top of a layer of refried beans. As for a dessert, here is a simple and fun recipe for Chocolate Chip Cookie Pizza:Ingredients:- 1 tube of refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough- 1 cup of chocolate chips- 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows- 1/4 cup of rainbow sprinkles- 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (optional)Instructions:1.
