I offer a free small batter bowl if their show tops the company average of $500 or a free executive small saute pan if their show is over $1000. (I just add the item to their host order as a consultant gift, so the actual amount I'm out is discounted.)
I think it helps my hosts reach a bit farther. To me it's a worthwhile, tax-deductible business expense.

KILOmeter = 1,000 meters
KILOgram = 1,000 grams
KILObyte = 1,028 bytes
Don't ask, really, just don't ask.

A Kilo Club is a group or community within Pampered Chef where members support each other in achieving sales goals, often focusing on reaching a specific sales milestone, such as selling $1,000 worth of products. It fosters motivation and accountability among participants.
To join a Kilo Club, you can reach out to your Pampered Chef team leader or other consultants who are already part of a Kilo Club. They can provide you with information on how to participate and the benefits of being in the group.
Being in a Kilo Club offers several benefits, including increased motivation, shared resources and tips for achieving sales goals, and a sense of community. Members often celebrate each other's successes and provide encouragement during challenging times.
You can track your sales using the Pampered Chef consultant portal, which provides tools and resources to monitor your progress. Additionally, you can maintain a personal sales log to keep track of individual orders and customer interactions.
If you're struggling to reach your sales goal, consider seeking advice from your Kilo Club members or team leader. They can offer strategies for improving sales, such as hosting more parties, utilizing social media for promotions, or reaching out to past customers for re-engagement.
