You must have smarter folks than mine because it never fails to amaze me how many people go to my web site, check out the catalog then call me anyway to order. I don't want those calls. So I made sure they knew I could not do the ordering for them this time.
just don't get it. They can send hndreds of e-mails, do fancy things with them, order from everyone else on-line but can't do it on my web site. I have asked if there is aproblem ordering that way and most of the time, I get, "I didn't know I could" or I kept getting the individual order thing with astronomic s&h so I called you instead.
Maybe the screens are too confusing. I just don't know because I can't pin anyone down about it.
Oh well.

Keep in mindthough that when Doris did that she was giving all proceeds to the Second Harvest which goes to the hungry and less fortunate so do not be too angry. I was one of them that was able to donate and still enjoy some of those products. I worked at the home office and now am a consultant. The outlet is a way that will allow many to get what they all want as we still want what we cannot have. I hope we all enjoy the Outlet and it is not abused so that it is not removed. This is also one more way that it will encourage our customers to visit our websites and also encourage us as consultants to update our sites so that it has new info from time to time. I take the web savvy class every month becuz I hear different info that keeps me abreast to the ever changing world of the Internet. I recommend you do the same. Have a great!
That's what I was wondering. I think some of my customers will be thrilled! Happy customers makes for a happy me!cmdtrgd said:Thanks for the info, but why would we be upset?

I don't think that most who buy on ebay have access to the .biz websites so I don't think they will even see the outlet. I also think that those same consultants who sell the samples on ebay before the catalog is even out each season will buy up a bunch of the most asked for items and sell them too.Swirl said:I was thinking the outlet was to offset the Ebay selling. I know it won't have new stuff on it but will maybe encourage people to check it out before Ebay. I sent an email out about the outlet and I have had some great response to it already. My customers are as excited as me about viewing it, I can't wait till tomorrow to see how it's going to be. I hope it does really well.
