I used PP to pull up the names of all clients who have ordered Stoneware from me in the past 2 years. I'm sending a flyer to each of them. A flyer does no good unless I follow up with a personal phone call, which I will. I had extra fall mini catalogs, which I'm including in each envelope. If each person orders a $25 stone, I'll have an additional $1150 in sales!! It's worth a try.

offer them something if they call you before you call them-----

What does your flyer look like? Sounds like a great plan!!!!

I'll mailing them out today. I'll let everyone know how it works. I'm determined to earn a trip this year. January, double points and bonus points, seemed like a great month. I'm using (stoneware001.doc) as a visual for myself. It has a whole page of mini stones. I'm putting all the contacts names on each stone, so I can visually see my sales.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can personal calls help increase my stoneware sales?

Personal calls allow you to build a stronger relationship with your customers, providing an opportunity to discuss their needs and preferences. By directly engaging with them, you can highlight the benefits of stoneware, answer any questions, and offer personalized recommendations, which can lead to increased sales.

What should I include in my fall catalog to promote stoneware effectively?

In your fall catalog, be sure to feature high-quality images of the stoneware products, along with detailed descriptions highlighting their unique features and benefits. Include seasonal recipes that utilize stoneware, customer testimonials, and any special promotions or bundles to entice customers to make a purchase.

How often should I make personal calls to my customers?

It's beneficial to reach out to your customers regularly, ideally every few weeks or at least once a month. This keeps your products top-of-mind and allows you to share new promotions or catalog updates. However, be mindful of not overwhelming them; balance is key to maintaining a positive relationship.

What are some effective ways to prepare for a personal call?

Before making a personal call, prepare by reviewing your customer’s purchase history and preferences. Have a list of new products or promotions ready to discuss, and think about how you can tailor your conversation to their interests. Practicing your pitch and anticipating potential questions can also help you feel more confident.

How can I follow up after a personal call to boost my stoneware sales?

After a personal call, send a follow-up email or message thanking the customer for their time and summarizing any key points discussed. Include links to the fall catalog, any special offers, and a reminder of how they can place an order. This reinforces your conversation and encourages them to take action.
