acherry said:Hi Susan,
What "packet"? The one to present to get the org/person to do fundraiser, or the one to give to parents/kids?
Just let me know, as I'd like to attach what I send...just curious which one you'd might be interested in..
Cheers,
Angela
acherry said:Okay,
I've attached what I use (of which I don't take credit as I've had wonderful people donate this info).
I get a clear binder, attach a fun cool cover page, with PC fundraiser all over it...and so they see that right away. Then I put the letter, the top ten, the profit breakdown, the PC flyer for fundraisers, then I add the note to parents, the order form and a catalog and business card...I put a little sticky note on the note to parents & order form say "SAMPLE". It's a pretty cool presentation...I think..
When they decide to do the fundraiser...I get folders for each child..put the note to parents, 10 order forms, 2 catalogs, a business card, and some info on hosting shows, and info abt the opportunity...
That's about it...
If you have any ??s just let me know!
Good luck!
Cheers,
Angela
