I was wondering if I can make 2 boxes of cornbread in the deep dish baker and if so what temp do I cook it at and for how long? I just got it a little while ago so I haven't had much experience with it, I was thinking I would use it this time instead of the muffin pan.
Thanks

Cornbread in Deep Dish BakerI always make our cornbread in the DDB. I use two of the CornKits packages and pretty much back according to directions. Depending on how much my oven was preheated, I sometimes have to let it cook about 5 minutes longer.

for any help!Yes, you can definitely make 2 boxes of cornbread in the deep dish baker. The cooking temperature and time will vary depending on your specific recipe, but I would recommend preheating the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and baking for about 20-25 minutes. However, it's always best to check the cornbread for doneness by inserting a toothpick in the center - if it comes out clean, it's ready! As for using the deep dish baker instead of a muffin pan, that should work just fine. Happy baking!
