A little back story..... I had some female trouble last year & had an ablation done. Things were going well until about a month or so ago. I started having horrible cramping & pain again. My doc decided that I needed a D & C, so we did that on Monday. I ended up developing an infection from the trip to the hospital & the procedure so now I'm on my duff again. I need to take it easy this weekend & let the antibiotics work. I so do not like doing that! I had a show last night that I did & it went fine. I guess maybe I just over did it a little.

My host did at least want to reschedule, so that's a good thing.

On another note, mom is not staying with us anymore. She found a place to stay & has been moved out since Tuesday night. She's doing well.

Anyway, thanks for listening to me ramble. :)

Sorry to hear that, Crystal! I hope you are able to rest this weekend and feel better and can reschedule that show soon! (((HUGS)))!

Take good care of yourself. You're the only one of you we have.

Rest and take care of YOU!!

Take care of yourself! Saying a prayer for you!

Frequently Asked Questions

Why did I have to reschedule my Pampered Chef show?

There can be various reasons for rescheduling your show, such as personal commitments, unexpected events, or scheduling conflicts. It's important to prioritize your well-being and ensure you can host the show when you're fully prepared and able to enjoy it.

How will rescheduling affect my guests?

Rescheduling may cause some inconvenience for your guests, but most will understand that life happens. Communicate the new date and time clearly, and consider offering a small incentive, like a special offer or a fun game, to keep their interest and excitement alive.

What should I do to prepare for the new date?

Take this time to promote your rescheduled show. Reach out to your guests to confirm their availability, share the new date, and remind them of the fun and benefits of attending. You can also use this opportunity to enhance your presentation or add new recipes and products to showcase.

Will I lose any sales or bookings because of the reschedule?

While there is a possibility that some guests may not be able to attend the new date, effective communication and follow-up can help minimize this impact. Keep your guests engaged and excited about the show, and you may find that they are still eager to participate and place orders.

How can I handle feelings of disappointment about rescheduling?

It's natural to feel bummed about having to reschedule, but try to focus on the positives. Use this time to refine your show, connect with your guests, and ensure that the event is as successful as possible. Remember, flexibility is key in direct sales, and your enthusiasm will shine through at the new date!
