If you have accidentally placed an order in the wrong show, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. They will be able to assist you in canceling the order and placing it in the correct show.
Unfortunately, orders cannot be transferred from one show to another. If you would like to place an order in a different show, you will need to cancel the original order and place a new one in the correct show.
You have until the show's closing date to make changes to your order. After that, the order will be processed and cannot be modified. We recommend contacting our customer service team as soon as possible to make any necessary changes.
Unfortunately, orders placed in the wrong show will not count towards the host rewards for that specific show. However, if you would like to earn host rewards, you can cancel the order and place it in the correct show.
No, it is not possible to merge orders from multiple shows. Each order will need to be placed and processed separately. If you have any questions or concerns about placing orders in different shows, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
