I am usually pretty good with computers but this time I am stumped! I did the update to PP+ yesterday. I went to backup files before and had NO issues. Now when I try to backup files it says there is no room on the disk. I have tried a brand new empty disk and it still won't backup. Help what...

Reminder received in today's email (emphasis mine): Sounds like it'll be a good idea to start up P3 first thing in the morning just to get the update taken care of.

Program did an update today and the sample packages and individual products now show up. Unfortunately CC has not yet been updated with what is in the sample packs. But at least we can now check out what can be purchased individually.

I've updated 4x and restarted my computer but it won't update to the July specials??? Has anyone had this problem? Tech supprt is not avail until monday!? Any ideas or suggestions? TIA! I wonder if I should try to install P3 to be able to enter my shows?? Just so scared to!:eek:
