Will Consultant Incentive Points Increase Annually and Carry Over for Recruits?

Actually two questions:

1. Are the points for each level usually the same from year to year? I am trying to plan for next year.

2. If I sign a recruit at the end of this year and they qualify next year, will I get the points in next year?

1. Last year's level 1 was 20,000. This year it is 23,000. So, the points can go up.2. yes.
