When you enter the recipient's address, does the gift certificate go to the person who purchased it, or sent to the recipient? Also, about how long do they usually take?

You can either enter the purchaser's address OR the recipient's address, depending on what the purchaser prefers. Personally, I usually have it shipped to the recipient. As for how long it takes to receive, I'd say usually arrives a day or two BEFORE a show shipment does.
