I'm actually trying to make that transition now. I just got new stamps and such with my cell number on them. I did notice that I need to change it on my website and in P3 too. Having the number on my home message should help to clean up any stragglers who have the home number on old catalogs or receipts.etteluap70PC said:my cell is my business line. It is the # on all my paperwork. I have my home # on almost nothing.
Your phone message should be friendly and professional. You can start by introducing yourself and mentioning that you are a Pampered Chef consultant. For example, "Hi, this is [Your Name], your Pampered Chef consultant. I'm sorry I missed your call, but please leave your name and number, and I'll get back to you as soon as I can!"
Using a cell phone is often more convenient for a Pampered Chef business because it allows you to be accessible on the go. However, if you prefer to keep your business and personal calls separate, using a dedicated home phone line can be beneficial.
It's a good practice to check your voicemail at least once a day to ensure you respond promptly to potential customers. Quick responses can help build trust and encourage sales.
Yes, including your website or social media handles in your phone message can be helpful. You might say, "For more information about my products, feel free to visit my website at [Your Website] or check out my Facebook page!"
If you receive a call outside of business hours, it's still important to respond promptly the next day. You can mention in your voicemail that you are available during specific hours and encourage them to leave a message for a quick response.
