What do ya'll say when your calling new leads at this time of the year? I know I should mention the new host specials and new catalog/products, but I just dont know how to word it ... can anyone PLEASE help me? I gotta make calls today!!

Try to make it personal. Tell them the specials are out now for August September and October and you are just so excited to share them with him/her. Talk to them as if they are your lost lost friends! It's always nice to hear a friendly voice. I also mention that the beginning of the season is the perfect time to host a show because even the Pampered Chef lover that has "everything" doesn't have everything anymore!!! Show your excitment and it will rub off!

or you can make yourself just pick up the phone! Once you have them on the phone the rest will follow!!! Have faith in yourself! You can do it!

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I say when introducing myself to new leads?

Start by introducing yourself and your role with Pampered Chef. For example, you can say, "Hi, my name is [Your Name], and I'm an independent consultant with Pampered Chef. I'm excited to connect with you and share some amazing kitchen tools that can make cooking easier and more enjoyable!"

How do I engage new leads during the call?

Engage new leads by asking open-ended questions about their cooking habits or challenges they face in the kitchen. For instance, you might ask, "What do you enjoy cooking the most?" or "Are there any kitchen tools you feel you’re missing that would make cooking easier for you?" This encourages conversation and helps you understand their needs.

What should I mention about current promotions or products?

Be sure to highlight any current promotions or popular products that are relevant to the season or upcoming holidays. You could say, "Right now, we have a fantastic promotion on our [specific product], which is perfect for [specific cooking task or occasion]. Have you had a chance to try it?"

How can I address any objections or concerns they might have?

If a lead expresses concerns or objections, listen carefully and validate their feelings. You can respond with, "I completely understand your concerns about [specific issue]. Many of my customers felt the same way before trying our products, and they found that [share a positive experience or testimonial]. Would you be open to learning more?"

What is the best way to close the call?

To close the call, summarize the key points discussed and invite them to take the next step. You might say, "Thank you for chatting with me today! I’d love to send you some information about our products and upcoming events. Can I get your email address to keep you updated?" This keeps the door open for future communication.
