I just put in an adjustment for my round stone with handles since it broke at my show last night and she told me it would take 2-3 weeks until I receive it! It has never taken this long for items I use at shows. Many of my recipe choices use this!!! Ahhhhh!!

In my experience they always say that, but it doesn't really take that long. I've also been told that if you are sending something back, that you should call a few days after it was sent to "inform" them that it has arrived. I've never done it because I've not been in a hurry. It didn't make sense to me that it would speed things up, but try it.
