Don't forget that New Orleans staple, the French fry Poor Boy.Good French bread (you cannot make a poor boy without it, that stuff from the grocery store is too bready!), french fries, brown gravy (beef gravy, thickened), dressed. (lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, pickle)Personally, I don't eat them. I'm too busy eating a good roast beef poor boy, or shrimp poor boy to waste time on them. But they are popular!Ann
